Words from RN website: The Marrakesh Treaty which came into effect recently will help an estimated 285 million people worldwide have greater access to books published in accessible formats such as large print, braille or audio. 

The Treaty allows countries like Australia to facilitate the cross-border transfer of accessible format copies which we couldn’t do until now.
